The Urban Redevelopment Authority has released two sites in the Confirmed List under the 2H2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. The Holland Road site has a site area of 247,215 sq ft. It is zoned Commercial and Residential with a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 642,767 sq ft, including 145,313 sq ft of retail space. It can yield an estimated 570 housing units.
Urban Redevelopment Authority Singapore (URA) has a residential site along Handy Road as part of Goverment Land Sales (GLS). This land site is near to Dolby Gaut MRT Station and Orchard Road. It is within the core central region of island and is listed of plots and allocted to be developed into a condominium development. So, the 51,626 sq ft site on Handy Road, in the Dhoby Ghaut area, is zoned for residential use. It has a maximum GFA of 123,204 sq ft and could yield 130 units.
